PRIMARY PURPOSE
To engage in General Construction and Design, Trade and other allied businesses including engineering, planning, project management, installation, or otherwise engaging in any Maintenance Engineering, Electro-mechanical, Instrumentation and Automation works upon Power Generating Plants, Electrical Utilities, Commercial and Industrial Establishments, and to provide consultancy, detailed engineering services and/or implementation of the purpose therein stated.
SECONDARY PURPOSE
– To design, layout or otherwise make detailed Electrical and Mechanical Engineering for any Industrial, Commercial Establishment and/or any facilities requiring any engineering works.
– To acquire market, lease handle and retain equipment building and other structures and such property as may be necessary or useful in connection with the said occupation.
– To supply, install, repair, modify or otherwise deal in Electrical, Mechanical devices, and equipment of all kinds of accounts, either locally and/or foreign provided permitted by laws.
